Meet and Greets
It is important to us that both you and your child feel comfortable and confident with our service. To ensure this, a meet and greet will be arranged around two weeks prior to the big day to go over all final details. If the sitter is located close to you, a face-to-face meet and greet will be arranged. However, if there is some distance, all meet and greets will be conducted virtually and will be arranged directly between the sitter and the parents/families.
This meet and greet provides an opportunity for you, your children, and the sitter to get to know each other before the big day, helping everyone feel comfortable and at ease.
If you are having a face-to-face meet and greet, we prefer to meet with you and the children in your home, as this is typically where they feel most relaxed. This also allows us to go over the plan for the day and discuss all the finer details. Please note, face-to-face meet and greets incur an additional mileage cost, whereas virtual meet and greets are free of charge.

Mileage and Location
The mileage for our services is determined by the availability of our wedding sitters on the date of your wedding. Since our sitters are located in various places, we strive to assign a local sitter whenever possible. However, please note that this may not always be feasible, and in such cases, travel charges will apply based on the sitter's location. Mileage costs are including in your quote breakdown. For any travel over 1hr 30 minutes an overnight charge may be applied to your booking. This will be determined based on the chosen package or hours. If a wedding sitter is booked for the gold package with a lengthy travel we would apply an overnight due to safety and working hours including before and after travel time.

Packages
None of our packages tend to start before 12pm. However, if you do require a start time before 12pm, please specify this when filling in your quote form. All of our great value packages are offered between the hours of 12pm-12am and built around your needs and preferences on the special day.
Hours will vary when selecting a sitter for an event rather than a wedding booking.
Bronze is our starting package and offers 5 hours of childcare at times to suit you.
Silver offers 7 hours childcare

Our popular Gold package offers 12 hours of childcare.
Choose to add toys and activities onto any package.​

Please be mindful when selecting your times if your wedding or event is due to finish at 12am and you are heading back to the children, please ensure you book till at least 12:30am to allow time for goodbyes.
Any time over your agreed time will incur additional fees.

PLEASE NOTE, ONE WEDDING SITTER WILL ONLY ABLE TO LOOK AFTER 2 CHILDREN. THIS ALLOWS US TO BE ATTENTATIVE TO EACH CHILDS NEEDS. IF YOU REQUIRE MORE THAN 3 CHILDREN, THIS CAN BE DISCUSSED. WE HAVE MORE WEDDING SITTERS AVAILABLE FOR BIGGER BOOKINGS.

Terms & Conditions
Any booking fee or deposit payments made are non refundable. Payments will only be refunded if "my wedding sitter" is unable to attend your booking and there is no suitable "wedding sitter" available to replace.
Wedding affected by Covid - Any payments made are unfortunately non refundable.

Cancellation
If you cancel your booking less than four weeks before the scheduled date, you will be required to pay the full remaining balance. Your date is secured in our diary, and wedding sitters are allocated accordingly. Due to the short notice, it is unlikely that we will be able to rebook the date, resulting in a loss of booking. Therefore, you will be responsible for covering the full cost of your booking.
Rescheduling your booking is only possible if you have a confirmed date and we can accommodate this.
